Nuestra historia
Fundada en 2008, Neoen se ha establecido como un actor clave de las energías renovables en todo el mundo. Neoen esta presente en varios continentes.
Xavier comenzó su carrera en 2001 en Louis Dreyfus Communication (LDCom), antes de unirse a Louis Dreyfus Commodities en Ginebra como agregado del Director General. Se encarga del plan de negocios y luego dirige varios proyectos en Asia. Se unió a Direct Énergie en 2007 como Director de Desarrollo, luego creó Neoen en 2008. Es graduado de la École Polytechnique y de la École Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées, y tiene un MBA de Harvard. Xavier es presidente de Cartusia S.A.S., CE0 del grupo y director de Neoen Limited y Neoen Holding Limited.
Romain comenzó su carrera en 1999 en LDCom, a cargo del programa de inversiones en Internet de banda ancha. En 2008, se unió al Louis Dreyfus Commodities Group como Asistente del Director de Sistemas de información, y luego se hizo cargo de las operaciones para la región de África y Medio Oriente. Romain se incorporó a Neoen en 2013 como Director General Adjunto a cargo del desarrollo de proyectos internacionales. Romain es un antiguo alumno de la Ecole Normale Supérieure.
Yves-Eric began his career in 2002 at Natixis in structured finance, then in mergers and acquisitions advisory in the infrastructure and energy sector, in both London and Paris. In 2007, he joined the Eiffage group where he successively held the positions of Chief Financial Officer for the Concessions, Metal, and Infrastructure branches. He joined Neoen in 2020 as the Chief Financial Officer of Neoen Australia, based in Sydney. Yves-Eric is a graduate of CentraleSupelec.
Olga comenzó su carrera en 2000 en Moscú con el European Business Club (una asociación que representa los intereses de las empresas europeas en Rusia) antes de unirse a Bureau Francis Lefebvre. Admitida en el Colegio de Abogados de París en 2006, se incorporó a la oficina de París de Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP, donde participó en complejas transacciones internacionales. Olga se unió a Neoen en 2018. Se graduó de la Universidad Estatal de Moscú (Lomonossov), IEP París y tiene un Postgrado en Derecho Empresarial de la Universidad de París I-Sorbona.
Norbert inició su carrera profesional en 1991 en Alcatel como director de proyectos internacionales. En 1998 se incorporó a Louis Dreyfus Communication (LDCOM), donde desempeño diversos puestos (entre ellos, en construcción, unidad de negocio de Internet y datos…) antes de asumir la dirección de las actividades en el sector residencial. En 2006 pasó al grupo Louis Dreyfus Commodities en calidad de director mundial de operaciones industriales, compras y salud y seguridad laboral. En 2015 se unió al equipo de Neoen como director de operaciones internacionales. Norbert es egresado de la escuela de ingenieros CentraleSupelec y posee un Máster Internacional en Gestión de la escuela de negocios EM Lyon.
Guillaume began his career in 2004 at Eiffage, as head of real estate development for the Ile de France region. In 2006 he completed a project in Qatar as clerk of works for Technip. In 2007 he joined Eiffage’s concessions branch and spent ten years developing public-private partnerships and infrastructure concessions in Europe, Sub-Saharan Africa, and Canada. He orchestrated the works and maintenance contracts for the Cestas plant in 2014.
Two years later he joined Neoen’s procurement department and took on the rôle of head of business development in France in 2020. Guillaume is a graduate of ESTP.
Julie developed her expertise in human resources whilst working for several French companies,
notably at Parrot and Suez, where she was responsible for industrial relations and HR development,
with a strong international focus.
She joined Neoen in 2019 and she currently holds the position of Group HR Director. In this role, she
oversees the group’s HR strategy and supports its international growth. A graduate of CIFFOP
(Panthéon-Assas University) in 2014, she also holds a Master’s degree in Organisational Management
from Paris-Dauphine University.
After two years at Transocean, Christophe joined ENGIE Global Markets as a trader. He set up the trading branch in Rome in 2013 and headed Engie’s Energy Management business in Italy. In 2019, he became Chief Financial Officer of the Global Energy Management entity. In 2022, he was appointed Director of Gas Supply and Trading in Europe. Christophe joined Neoen in March 2024 as Director of Energy Management. After graduating from the Ecole des Mines engineering school in Nancy, he completed a Master of Science in Economics and Business Management at the IFP School.
Jean-Christophe began his career in 2000 at Gaz de France (now Engie), where he was in charge of optimising the gas contracts portfolio. In 2006, he joined Poweo, a French energy start-up, where he developed the sale of gas and electricity before becoming chief operating officer.
He joined Neoen in 2019 as Energy Management Director and then became CEO of Neoen Australia. Jean-Christophe graduated from Ecole Polytechnique and holds a Master of Science from IFP School and from Colorado School of Mines.
Before joining Neoen, Christophe began his career in auditing at Ernst & Young before spending
more than eight years with the French group Bouygues Construction, where he was a Project Finance
Manager within the Development and Financial Engineering Department, with responsibilities across
Europe, Asia and Africa.
Christophe joined Neoen in 2016 as Regional Director for Europe (excluding France). In particular,
Christophe has driven the company’s expansion and growth in Finland, Sweden, Ireland, Germany,
Portugal and more recently for Japan. After graduating from the Ecole Centrale d’Electronique, he
completed a Masters degreeat HEC Paris business school.
Louis started his career in 2002 at BCG in strategic consulting before joining Holcim in 2007 where he held CEO and senior management positions in Europe and Africa.
Louis joined Neoen in 2019 as CEO of Neoen Australia before becoming Director of International Development of Neoen and a member of the Executive Committee in 2024.
Louis has obtained an Engineering Degree from Ecole Polytechnique and a Master of Science in Management Science & Engineering from Stanford University.
Emmanuel began his career in 2002 in the M&A department at Morgan Stanley in London. In 2007, he joined the strategy department at Orano, where his role involved marketing equipment offers.
He joined Neoen in 2013 as Deputy Director of International Development. He subsequently held Country Director positions in El Salvador, Argentina, Mexico, and Canada before becoming CEO of the Americas in 2023. Emmanuel graduated from the École Spéciale des Travaux Publics, EM Lyon, and holds an MBA from INSEAD.
Patrick began his career in 2001 at Bouygues Offshore, a company acquired by Saipem in 2003, where he served as Financial Controller until 2009. He then joined Eiffage, where he was responsible for the development of public-private partnership and concession projects across Europe and Sub-Saharan Africa.
Patrick joined Neoen’s Procurement team in 2017, and was appointed as its Head in 2020. In 2025 his remit expanded to include technical expertise, consolidating procurement and engineering activities within a single department. Patrick holds a Master’s degree in Entrepreneurship from Kedge Business School (ESC Marseille).
